Overview

The Instant Stand Mixer Pro has enough power to tackle any mixing job, with powerful mixing performance, using 600 watts of power. They designed it to be easy to use, with 10 speed settings and digital timers that can count up or down. The oversized 7.4-quart mixing bowl tackles even super-sized recipes, but the mixer's lightweight design is easy to transport since it's 19% lighter than the leading stand mixer*. The included mixing paddle and dough hook are stainless steel, so clean-up is a snap. Model: 140-1560-01.
