Construction

The Jasper cot is crafted using strong and lightweight 7075 aluminum. Choosing aluminum over other metals (like steel) allows for us to create an ultralight product that won’t rust when exposed to water or humidity. Plastic joints and connection points prevent high stress areas from bending or warping during use, and a thick 420D Oxford Fabric provides a comfortable sleep. All materials for the Jasper have been carefully selected to ensure a long life, while handling the rugged outdoor conditions we hope you enjoy it in.

Built with ultralight campers and travelers in mind, the Jasper is made to be as compact and portable as possible. At under 5 lbs (2.27 kg), you can easily add it to any suitcase or backpack, tuck it away under the bed, or pack it in the trunk of your car.
