Cangshan KITA series 12-piece set comes with 4, 5-inch fine-edge steak knife, a 9-inch honing steel, a 9-inch bread knife, an 8-inch chef’s knife, 7-inch santoku knife, a 5-inch serrated utility knife, a 3.5-inch paring knife, 9-inch forged come-apart shears, and a beautiful HUA maple knife block. Made with Cangshan proprietary X-7 steel.

The KITA series is a bold statement of traditional design coupled with innovative materials. Exceptionally sharp striking in design, these hand-sharpened blades feature a unique hammered texture across the face of the X-7 high-alloy fill-tang blades. Rich, ultra-dense blue G10 handles balance each knife while providing exceptional comfort and precision for the chef. Each knife comes with a deep blue wood magnetic Saya-style sheath that is perfectly shaped to match and protect the knife’s distinct blade. Model: 501554.
