Overview

The Cangshan Cutlery OLIV Series offers a modern update of the traditional European aesthetic featuring a robust handle crafted from solid olivewood. Handcrafted, full-tang knives are forged from fine-grained Swedish 14C28N Steel, which features excellent stain resistance and holds an edge up to five times longer than German steel. Each blade goes through proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment for incredible strength and durability, scoring a 59 +/-2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship. Set includes a 9-inch honing steel, 8-inch bread knife, 8-inch chef's knife, a 7-inch Santoku knife; 6-inch boning knife, 5-inch serrated utility knife, six 5-inch fine-edge steak knives, a 3.5-inch paring knife, 9-inch forged come-apart shears and Maple knife block.
