Executive Leadership Council (ELC)

The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) represents all business function of the organization and drives the Exchange Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan in building and sustaining organizational change at all levels.

The Exchange Dir/CEO serves as the Chair and the spokesperson for the ELC. The Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Vice Presidents of each business unit serve as member of the council and Champions of diversity and inclusion within the Exchange.
