Welcome to the Carlisle Barracks Exchange, located in central Pennsylvania. Rich in history and tradition, Carlisle Barracks is the home of the Army War College. The AWC prepares senior officers for 21st century challenges in high-level operational and strategic leadership roles. The Carlisle Exchange supports Carlisle Barracks and outlying communities in central Pennsylvania, which includes Fort Indiantown Gap, DDC New Cumberland, and PA Air National Guard Middletown.

The Exchange complex consists of the main store, barber shop, optical shop, Subway and the Dunham Clinic Pharmacy Refill. It is centrally located near the commissary, credit union, Class Six and laundry/dry cleaners.

The main Exchange stocks shoes, clothing, electronics, music, health and beauty care, jewelry and watches, toys, outdoor living and a small assortment of military clothing items. We offer a shuttle program for any items that are not carried at the main store.

The Reynolds Theater shows movies each Friday and Saturday night with occasional Saturday matinees throughout the year.
