Welcome to your EUCOM Consolidated Exchange which includes all the Exchange facilities within Stuttgart, home of the Headquarters European Command. We provide service to all U.S. troops within the U.S. Army Garrison - Stuttgart, and the U.S. Army Garrison Baden -Württemberg (Heidelberg/ Mannheim).

Our new 140,000 sq. ft. Exchange Shopping Mall, "The Mall for All" was opened in February 2007 which is located at Panzer Kaserne in Boeblingen, Germany. This shopping mall is located just 10 minutes from Patch Barracks in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. A 75,000 sq. ft. Exchange Main Store, four Name Brand Fast Food Restaurants that include, Burger King, Charley's Grilled Subs, Popeyes Chicken and Pizza Hut are located in the new Exchange Restaurant area. Also located in the mall area are 15 concession stores that provide a wide range of products and services to include the Sehne German Bakery and Coffee Shop. Our expanded Furniture Store / Express, located at Robinson Barracks in Stuttgart services home furnishing shoppers from all around Southern Germany.
