Cuisinart Air Fryer Salmon Dinner


1/2 lb. wild salmon
1/2 lb. baby potatoes
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted & roughly chopped
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 to 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper


  1. Place Air Fryer basket on top of baking pan and coat evenly with olive oil.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in center of Air Fryer basket. Add baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes and asparagus around salmon in a single layer. Sprinkle in chopped olives and garlic slices.
  4. Place Air Fryer basket and baking tray into rack position 2. Set Air Fryer at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes and cook until salmon is opaque and vegetables are brown.
