The term and coverage of this Plan begins on the date of purchase and continues for the life of the service contract holder. Completely protects your jewelry purchase from regular price ($8,000-$9,999.99), including 100 percent parts and labor coverage. 24 hours, 365 days, our trained staff will be glad to help you. The program offers worldwide coverage and it's even fully transferable with no fees or deductibles. All Exchange Protection Plans are based on the product's regular price rather than sale or clearance pricing, however when only one price is shown, such as on some major appliances, plans are based on the product's MSRP.What is covered includes broken, worn or bent prongs; missing side stones; stretched or broken pearl strands; kinked chains; broken chain, bracelet link or clasp; cracked or thinning ring bands; broken earring posts; chipped, cracked or scratched gemstones; guaranteed replacement. This plan will fix your covered jewelry as many times as necessary to keep it like new. If it cannot be returned in the same condition as when purchased, the plan will replace it, guaranteed.What is not covered includes incidental/consequential or secondary damages, pre-existing conditions, inherent defects. The plan will not be held responsible for a crack in a gemstone or a broken prong that was already present in the item when it was purchased. For this reason, it is imperative that you carefully inspect your jewelry upon receipt. If you find a flaw or defect, your item will be replaced by the Exchange Catalog or supplier. Accident/misuse/abuse; damage not reported within 30 days of contract expiration and loss of diamonds or gemstones, unless such loss was caused by a defect in workmanship or materials without undue stress or damage are also not covered.For Jewelry and Watch Repair Plans, coverage commences on the date of purchase of your contract and continues for a period of two or seven years according to contract purchased. In the event that your product is being serviced by an authorized service center when your contract expires, the term of the Contract will be extended until the covered repair has been completed.Exclusions and limitations apply.
