Emeril Lagasse's Forever Pans work in the oven and on all stovetops: electric, gas, ceramic and induction. The heavy gauge construction consists of 8 layers: a hard anodized exterior, forged aluminum materials, sand blasted interior, hard anodized interior, thick base coat infused with thousands of ceramic beads for extra hardness, super non-stick middle coat infused with silver ions for anti-bacterial protection and stainless steel induction base plate. Industry Leading non-stick technology lasts longer than the competition and tested to have better abrasive characteristics. Patented no-nstick coating is durable to 80,000 abrasions.
