- Leyden: Dotted with cumin seeds, this pasteurized cow's milk cheese has a warm, beefy flavor. A wonderfully firm texture makes this cheese perfect for slicing.
- Dorothea: A real specialty and a Gourmet Market exclusive, this wonderful goat's milk cheese flavored with potato skins and basil oil will send your taste buds into fits of pleasure! Even people who claim to dislike goat cheeses love this goat gouda.
- Basiron with Pesto: This wonderfully green Gouda tastes as adventurous as it looks.
