- Morello Cherry Jam by Matin des Pyrenees: France is among the 15 largest cherry producing countries in the world. Morello cherries are also known as cerises noir, black cherries and griottes. They are firm and juicy with a tart flavor. A bit tart eaten on their own, morello cherries are perfect for making jam.
- Matin des Pyrenees Chestnut Spread: Pyrenean cooking is based on the very best of simple, fresh ingredients. That is what makes this chestnut spread so delicious. Only the finest chestnuts are selected to create a puree, then sugar, water, pectin and vanilla are added.
- Fig Jam by Matin des Pyrenees: Pyrenees prepares their jam with 55% figs, with the sugar balancing the fresh fig flavor of the fruit. Pyrenean cooking is based on the very best of simple, fresh ingredients. This jam is traditionally made in the heart of the Ariege, at Lorp Sentaraille in France.
