This collection includes two Tondo basalmic vinegars, the ultimate gourmet kitchen staples.
- Tondo 12 Year Grand Reserve Balsamic Vinegar (8.45 oz.): This 12 year aged Grand Reserve is the ultimate gourmet kitchen staple. The dark, plum-colored elixir is so thick it's practically a syrup with a rich piquancy and sweet finish. Not for use as part of a salad dressing, choose it for a sweet and tangy topping or condiment for fine steaks, ice cream and cakes. It is also excellent drizzled over salad as a finishing touch.
- Tondo White Balsamic Vinegar (Agrodolce Bianco) (8.45 oz.): The Tondo company of Modena makes a superior quality white balsamic produced with scented grapes from Emilia Romagna. These grapes produce a soft and delicate seasoning, suitable for all those who like the taste of balsamic vinegar but also want to keep the natural colors of vegetables or other dishes intact.
