The Military Star Card, along with other major credit cards, is accepted at all of the retail stores and at most concessions. As a result critical funds that could be used for Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs are lost. Reducing unnecessary expenses can go a long way in maximizing the dividend the Exchange annually returns to the military community.
