The Fort Meade Exchange, welcoming customers within and outside the Beltway Perimeter, offers a multitude of services and products to each and every customer. The Main Exchange is located off Mapes Road in the Town Center Shopping Complex. The complex features an Exchange Restaurant area with Charley's Grilled Subs, Starbucks, Boston Market, Panda Express and Subway. The complex also has a GNC, Gamestop, H&R Block, Optical shop, Watch and Jewelry Repair, US Patriot Tactical, Barber and Paul Mitchell Beauty Salon. Directly across the Town Center Shopping Complex is the Express/Gas Station, DVD rental machine and Class Six.

Gate 32 Express off of Mapes Rd offers additional services to include a fueling station, retail shop, Arby's and Dunkin Donuts.

The Fort Meade Consolidated Exchange consists of all facilities located at Fort Meade, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Edgewood, Warfield and Ft. Detrick. All administrative offices are located in Bldg. 4432 Llewellyn Ave on Fort Meade.
