Welcome to the Carlisle Barracks Exchange, located in central Pennsylvania. Rich in history and tradition, Carlisle Barracks is the home of the Army War College. The AWC prepares senior officers for 21st century challenges in high-level operational and strategic leadership roles. The Carlisle Exchange supports Carlisle Barracks and outlying communities in central Pennsylvania, which includes Fort Indiantown Gap, and PA Air National Guard Middletown.
The Exchange complex consists of the main store, class six, barber shop, optical shop, Subway and the Dunham Clinic Pharmacy Refill. It is centrally located near the commissary and credit union.
The main Exchange stocks shoes, clothing, electronics, music, health and beauty care, jewelry and watches, toys, outdoor living and a small assortment of military clothing items.
