The Army and Air force Exchange Service Fort Belvoir shopping center is one of the largest Exchange on the East Coast and the largest Branded in CONUS which was built in June 2013.

The complex incorporated Main Store, Food Court, Home & Garden, MCSS and Concessions and the Satellite Pharmacy, all in one shopping complex.

The Exchange now has 20 mall stores under services, also Tropical Smoothie just opened May 29, 2021 in the Food Court. We now have new additions to the Food the Boston Market which opened on November 2017and Q’Doba opened on August, 2020.

The North Post Express is the region's preferred locations for wine, beer and spirits.

Last year the Exchange at Fort Belvoir generated $2.293, 222 dividends for DMWR program for 2020.

Our managers and associates focus is to transform our customer experience in all our Exchange facilities. There are a variety of ways to provide feedback on how well we're meeting these objectives. The customer comment program is alive and well in all our operations. A meet the manager session is held monthly at the Main Exchange. We like to chat with our customers. The Exchange sits on the panel at every Town Hall Meeting.
