Overview

The Marcy Smith Machine portion of the allows you to safely squat and bench press without the need for a spotter. The pulley system works with the arm presses, seated rowing cable and cable crossovers to deliver an intense workout once thought to only be available at the gym. To add body weight training, the Smith Machine includes many Power Tower features.

The bench provides countless exercises. The weight bench back pad adjusts between -27 degrees and 76 degrees to pinpoint different muscles during your workouts. The bench seat pad is adjustable to ensure your comfort. The includes an adjustable detachable preacher curl pad to target your biceps. In addition, just below the preacher pad you’ll find a curl bar rest to easily rest in between sets.

When not in use, easily move the bench using the attached transport wheels. To add to the list of conveniences, the Marcy Smith Machine comes with several attachments and pieces of equipment – Short Bar, Triceps Rope, Cable Handle x 2 and a Land Mine attachment. When not in use, easily store your bar and weights using the included bar holder and weight posts. Model: SM-4033.
