Each piece is crafted with two 18/10 stainless steel layers and a heat-radiant aluminum core to deliver fast and even cooking. A stain-resistant finish on each exterior prevents heat discoloration. Lightweight, contoured stainless steel handles keep cooking comfortable while the streamlined rivets eliminate food traps for a seamless, snag-free interior. Permanent markings on interior walls are great for adding stock, water, milk and other liquid ingredients. Clear, tempered glass lids make it easy to check the progress of your dish without losing heat and the double-duty knobs on each lid flips to create a rest area for tools and keep your countertop clean.
