On a clear night, cherry blossoms frame the tidal basin and Jefferson Memorial in a stunning view.

A partially man-made reservoir, the Tidal Basin is the focal point of the National Cherry Blossom Festival held each spring in Washington D.C.

Adjacent to it is the Jefferson Memorial commemorating President Thomas Jefferson who was also one of the drafters of the U.S. Constitution. A frame is not included.

The 8 x 10 in. size has a 5.5 x 8.5 in. photographic paper print mounted in an 8 x 10 in. single-layer white-matte with a foam-board backing and protected by a clear cellophane envelope cover.
