The Chicago Cutlery Metropolitan 15 pc. Cutlery Set updates a culinary classic with high-carbon stainless steel blades paired with contoured polymer handles. Triple rivets secure to full metal tangs. Features signature 26-degree taper grind edge for optimum sharpness and precise cutting. The Santoku knife has a scalloped edge to help prevent food from sticking while cutting. Set includes: 7 in. Santoku knife, 9 in. scalloped knife, 4.75 in. Partoku knife, 5.5 in. utility knife, 3.5 in. parer, 2.75 in. parer, six 4.5 in. steak knives, shears, 8 in. sharpening steel and a 14 slot wooded storage block. Hand washing is recommended.
