Overview
The Exchange Protection Plan completely protects your watch purchase for two years as a service protection plan. If your watch (reg. purchase price $3,000 to $4,999.99) should fail, we will repair it-covered repairs performed by certified watchmakers. Call us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our trained staff will be glad to help you. The Exchange Protection Plan is fully transferable at no cost, and the coverage is worldwide. All Exchange Protection Plans are based on the product purchase price. Coverage begins on the date you purchase the contract. What is covered*: movement failure, broken stem or crown, crystal scratches or breaks, broken watchbands, broken clasps, case or bezel damage, and water damage to water-resistant watches.What is not covered*: incidental/consequential or secondary damages, pre-existing conditions; accident/misuse/abuse; and damage reported 30 days after contract expires.* Exclusions and limitations apply. MILITARY STAR promotions subject to credit approval. By choosing a Pay Your Way financing plan you are opting out of any promotional 0% finance offers your purchase may qualify to receive. Interest will be charged on promotional purchases from the purchase date at a reduced 9.99% APR and fixed monthly payments are required until promotion is paid in full and will be calculated as follows: on 36-month promotions, 0.0323; on 48-month promotions, 0.0254; and on 60-month promotions, 0.0212, of initial promotional purchase. The fixed monthly payment will be rounded to the next cent. Failure to make minimum payments for three billing cycles will cancel promotional rate. Standard account terms apply to non-promotional purchases.
