- The Vermicelli Chicken Noodle Soup (AIP) recipe uses ingredients used to make traditional chicken soup broth: celery, carrots, parsley, garlic, onion, and free-range chicken. Wild Zora added a bit of nutritional yeast to increase the savory "umami" flavor, plus some turmeric for anti-inflammatory qualities. This soup will remind you of Mom’s or Grandmom’s homemade chicken noodle soup. It tastes fantastic for everyone, but is also 100% compatible with the elimination phase of an AIP diet.
