Scotts Turf Builder Bonus S Southern Weed & Feed kills over 25 listed lawn weeds, including dollarweed, clover, dandelion, oxalis, chickweed, henbit, and purslane. In addition, the added fertilizer feeds grass to crowd out future weeds and build strong, deep roots to withstand Southern stressors. Scotts Turf Builder Bonus S Southern Weed & Feed is for use on St. Augustine grass (including Floratam), Centipede grass, Zoysia grass and Carpet grass only. Available in TX, FL (except Panhandle region), LA, AL, GA, MS, NC and SC.
Apply to a dry lawn when grass and weeds are actively growing. Scotts recommends using a Scotts spreader to apply this product. For Scotts broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 4 1/4. For Scotts drop spreaders, use a setting of 7 1/4. The product must be watered in immediately after application. Do not apply during winter dormancy period - wait until after the third mowing of the season to apply. Do not apply with a hand-held spreader. Do not apply to Bermuda grass. One 17.24-lb. bag of Scotts Turf Builder Bonus S Southern Weed & Feed covers 5,000 sq. ft. For severe weed problems, a second treatment may be required 2 months after the first.
