- Organic Fair Trade Dominican Whole Bean Coffee: Spicy, rich sweetness wafts from the cup, with hints of toasted almonds in its aroma. This well-rounded coffee displays a tangy, bright experience with a gentle spiced finish with a slight hint of baker's chocolate. This coffee is similar to other island-grown coffees, with a soft, mild profile. Smooth, without much acidity, this wet-processed coffee is a medium roast and a must-try for fans of coffee from the Caribbean or Hawaii. (16 oz.)

- Organic Fair Trade Timor Atsabe Whole Bean Coffee: This organic, single-origin coffee comes from the Atsabe village in East Timor. A medium roast, this coffee offers notes of chocolate with light acidity. Timor is located between Australia and Sulawesi, where it used to be controlled by Indonesia until a few decades ago. It was then that USAID grants helped to develop the rural economy and create coffee as a cash crop for local growing cooperatives. (12 oz.)

- Organic Fair Trade Moka Sumatra Whole Bean Coffee: The smooth, syrupy taste from the island of Sumatra and the fruity, fragrant qualities of Ethiopian are combined in this classic coffee. The original European blend, it is still the best! (12 oz.)

- El Tular Organic Fair Trade Whole Bean Coffee: This coffee is produced by Esperanza Garcia. It was grown at her family farm in Achuapa, Nicaragua. 2013 marked the first time these beans were ever exported outside of Nicaragua. This natural processed bean has very low acidity and candied almond sweetness with an oaky finish. It is a rare, nearly forgotten varietal called "Indio." (12 oz.)
