Delicately flanked on either side are genuine blue sapphires. The set includes a matching diamond band made to perfectly fit the engagement ring. The total diamond weight of this set is 1/5 CTW. The inside of the shank holds a secret sapphire next to the "LVU" stamp standing for "Love DeVotion Unity." Style: RB-11221BSA44W0.
